Exclusive villa
This stately villa near Wassenaar had lost much of its original grandeur over the years. Even the garden was overgrown with good intentions that had led to an explosion of trees and bushes. Fortunately the new residents saw potential in this beautiful villa and fabulous garden. Working with Wolterinck, the dated villa has been transformed into fantastic contemporary premises whilst maintaining the original character of the property. One of the main conditions for the residents was that both the house and the garden would provide space for their biggest passion – collecting art.
