Exclusive villa

This classic thatched villa picturesquely overlooking the Binnenmaas lake was built many years ago for the current owner. The architect at that time included a spacious entrance hall in the design and Wolterinck has replaced this facade with an imposing open front with a high door of steel and glass. Where once there was a scantly lit hall, a grand open entrance has been created. The rear of the villa with its view over the water has also been refurbished by Wolterinck as has the upper floor. The client’s love for high quality natural materials can be felt throughout the house.
