Alpine chalet
This lovely chalet is located in the French mountain village of Sainte Foy. The current owners bought the chalet a number of years ago but weren’t happy with the outdated interior. They asked Wolterinck to give the chalet a more contemporary look. Less traditional but still with that typical chalet atmosphere. By using beautiful materials such as natural stone, leather and steel, as well as a variety of textures, Wolterinck succeeded in giving a modern twist to a traditional chalet.

Every detail counts
The customised barn wood benches either side of the slate-clad hearth are furnished with fabrics that blend beautifully with the natural colour palette.
Vertical wooden blinds create a cosy, warm atmosphere without losing touch with outdoors.
The leather stairs have a chic yet tough look and as time goes by will simply become more and more beautiful and weathered.
