Exclusive urban lofts

Situated on the IJ River in Amsterdam, the Pontsteiger is probably one of the most controversial buildings in the city. Designed by Arons & Gelauff and clad in gold-coloured stone, the building is a magnificent city gate for ships sailing in on the IJ. The location provides a phenomenal view of the city and the water. Sense Vastgoed contracted Wolterinck to design four luxurious lofts in Wolterinck style. Our focus lay on the striking facade strips made completely of glass, and the glass and window panes stretching from the floor to the 3.5-metre-high ceiling. The Wolterinck lofts are further characterised by their timeless design, worldly atmosphere and high-quality finish in luxurious materials.
