Pied-à-terre Paris
The residents of this apartment at the foot of the Eiffel Tower in Paris are global citizens, travelling frequently for work and business. They are based in London, in an elegant town house that was also designed by Wolterinck, and have a holiday home in Uruguay for which Wolterinck carried out the styling. The Paris pied-à-terre was initially bought out of a love for the French capital city. Wolterinck gave the home a clear, modern layout, replacing small rooms with open areas that flow seamlessly into each other, while axis lines and steel doors enhance the sense of space in the apartment. The apartment carries a feminine, elegant style, just like the city around it.
